OPERATION MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for automotive parts to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Conduct process simulations and feasibility studies to determine the best manufacturing methods.
- Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of production machinery and equipment.
- Participate in new product development (NPD) initiatives, providing insights on manufacturability and process requirements.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the manufacturing environment.
- Apply LEAN Manufacturing principles to reduce waste, improve flow, and increase overall efficiency in production processes.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production, manufacturing, maintenance, or a related field.
- Proven manufacturing leadership experience with the ability to lead and develop teams.
- Sound understanding of Lean Manufacturing, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficiency in CAD software and data analysis tools.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and continuous improvement skills.
- Familiarity with automotive manufacturing standards and quality systems, along with a deep understanding of PU foam production processes and quality requirements, will be a distinct advantage.
