ASSISTANT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - PROJECT SALES (SME)

Job Role
- Develop strategies and plans to meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Generate new project leads to expand the existing business.
- Negotiate with clients, leveraging competitive advantages to secure profitable contracts.
- Manage entire project scope on-site and oversee smooth project execution at each stage by applying strategic management practices.
- Introduce innovative ideas and techniques by tracking and incorporating industry trends.
- Enhance efficiency through improved time management and organizational systems.
- Ensure timely payment collection per agreed terms, taking full responsibility for sales and payment follow-up.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or any other relevant professional qualification from a recognized institute.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar capacity.
- Experience working with glass and aluminum related items will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize.
- High level of organization and detail-orientation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
