LAB ANALYST
LOCATION - MIRIGAMA

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct physical, chemical, and microbiological analyses of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Record, analyze, and report test results accurately and promptly.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform routine calibration, verification, and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Maintain laboratory records and documentation in accordance with company standards.
- Adhere to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), GMP, HACCP, and food safety procedures.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a food manufacturing laboratory environment.
- Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, Laboratory Technology, or a related field.
- Knowledge of food quality testing, microbiological analysis, and laboratory practices.
- Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and food safety standards will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
