Accounts & HR
- Location: Orugodawatte, Colombo 14
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Salary: Rs. 55,000 - 150,000 based on experience
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
- Assist with monthly financial reports and audit preparation
- Maintain employee files and HR documentation
- Assist with attendance tracking and payroll preparation
- Support recruitment coordination including scheduling interviews and carrying out initial interviews
- Handle internal administrative tasks and office coordination
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in accounting or administration
- Basic accounting knowledge and bookkeeping skills
- Familiarity with accounting software, ERP systems, or Excel
- Good understanding of HR knowledge
- Candidates with previous automotive working experience added advantage
