Accounts & HR

  • Location: Orugodawatte, Colombo 14
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Salary: Rs. 55,000 - 150,000 based on experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
  • Assist with monthly financial reports and audit preparation
  • Maintain employee files and HR documentation
  • Assist with attendance tracking and payroll preparation
  • Support recruitment coordination including scheduling interviews and carrying out initial interviews
  • Handle internal administrative tasks and office coordination

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 1–3 years experience in accounting or administration
  • Basic accounting knowledge and bookkeeping skills
  • Familiarity with accounting software, ERP systems, or Excel
  • Good understanding of HR knowledge
  • Candidates with previous automotive working experience added advantage
