Position: Operations Support
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage various programs within a specific country/location, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.
- Be based in the designated location internationally for extended periods of time
- Coordinate daily with international headquarters
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with local and remote teams.
- Focus on exceptional customer service and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Advanced computer literacy
- Understanding of the travel and hospitality industry
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (optional)
- Experience in a related field (optional)
- Experience in a position in a cruise ship would be an added advantage

Employment Details
- Type: Contract basis, renewable annually.
- Training Period: Initial 6-month training period
- Office Hours: Standard office hours with flexibility for occasional after-hours support for high-priority issues.
