Position: Content and Admin Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and manage data across various platforms.
- Upload, edit, and maintain web content, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Assist with content formatting, image uploads, and basic website management
- Organize and maintain digital files and databases
- Perform quality checks to ensure all data and content meet company standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing and IT teams to ensure seamless content updates.
- Support general administrative tasks related to web and content management.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, or similar) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, SEO, or web analytics is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Employment Details
- Location: (Hybrid) Colombo / Kandy
- Type: Contract-based, renewable annually.
- Training Period: Initial 6-month training period.
- Office Hours: Standard office hours, with occasional flexibility during audit/reporting periods.
