Join our team as a Finance Officer where you'll play a vital role in managing and improving our financial processes. This position is ideal for a professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for financial planning, budgeting, and compliance in an international setting.

Position: Content and Admin Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, update, and manage data across various platforms.
  • Upload, edit, and maintain web content, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist with content formatting, image uploads, and basic website management
  • Organize and maintain digital files and databases
  • Perform quality checks to ensure all data and content meet company standards.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and IT teams to ensure seamless content updates.
  • Support general administrative tasks related to web and content management.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, or similar) is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, SEO, or web analytics is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Employment Details

  • Location: (Hybrid) Colombo / Kandy
  • Type: Contract-based, renewable annually.
  • Training Period: Initial 6-month training period.
  • Office Hours: Standard office hours, with occasional flexibility during audit/reporting periods.
