Analyst – Asset Management

Job Overview

As an Analyst, you’ll support our team by applying core engineering principles and techniques to deliver practical, high-quality solutions. Your role will involve identifying and resolving technical issues, analysing situations, and developing effective, real-world solutions. Key responsibilities

  • Apply engineering techniques to solve technical challenges and deliver practical solutions.
  • Support project management by tracking progress, monitoring costs, and ensuring deliverables are met.
  • Work with a high-performing team driving profitability and performance across Mining, Ports, Energy and Utilities.
  • Leverage Deloitte’s expertise in problem solving, design thinking, and data analytics.
  • Gain extensive training and development, with opportunities for international assignments and secondments.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical or Marine Engineering (recognized university).
  • Strong organizational skills; able to work independently.
  • Results-driven, dynamic, team player with excellent English communication.
  • Proficient in MS Office; able to read mechanical drawings, PFDs & P&IDs.
  • Experience in asset-intensive industries (power generation, ship repair/maintenance) with focus on Maintenance & Asset Management preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in repairs/overhauls of compressors, generators, pumps advantageous.
  • Familiarity with CMMS systems (SAP/Ultimo) an asset.
  • Curious, proactive and eager to learn and innovate.
