BRANCH MANAGER – Nawala & Kiribathgoda

Lakderana Investments Limited is looking for dynamic and results-oriented professionals to lead our Nawala and Kiribathgoda Branches and drive business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Nawala and Kiribathgoda branches, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized investment advice and solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the respective areas to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Knowledge of hire purchase management and overall branch operations.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales.
  • Effective communication, leadership & team management skills.
  • Sound analytical skills and decision making.
