REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to talent acquisition and retention functions.
- Experience in the hospitality or luxury resort industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing employee retention and engagement programs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Team player with a positive can-do attitude, excellent communication skills.
