Location: Remote (Sri Jayewardenepura Kotte, Sri Lanka) Work timezone: Gulf Time Zone

Employment type: Full-Time, 12-month contract

Experience level: Experienced (4-7 years)

Domain preference: Hotel/Cafeterias experience preferred

About the role

We are seeking a Frontend Developer with strong experience in mobile and web application development. The candidate will work on Flutter mobile apps (iOS & Android) and React.js web applications, translating UI/UX designs into high-quality, reusable components and ensuring performance, responsiveness, and scalability. Collaboration with backend developers, designers, and project managers is required.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter for iOS and Android
• Develop responsive web applications using React.js
• Translate UI/UX designs into production-quality code
• Build reusable components and frontend libraries
• Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and scalability
• Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and project managers
• Debug and resolve frontend issues efficiently
• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards

What we’re looking for

Must-have

• Strong experience with Flutter and Dart
• Strong experience with React.js
• Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with REST API integration
• Responsive and cross-browser development experience
• Knowledge of Git version control
• Understanding of mobile app deployment for iOS and Android
• English communication level B1+ (good English skills mandatory)

Preferred

• Experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management frameworks
• Knowledge of App Store and Google Play deployment processes
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
