Assistant Manager - Student Recruitment

The Job

  • Develop and execute student recruitment strategies to meet enrollment goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, educational institutions, agents, and partners.
  • Conduct student counseling sessions and provide accurate information on programs, admissions, and career pathways.
  • Represent the institution at education fairs, school visits, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Monitor recruitment performance and prepare reports on campaigns and activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth student enrollment process.
  • Support marketing and outreach initiatives to increase student engagement and admissions.

The Person

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or an equivalent qualification.
  • 3-5 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, business development, or a related field.
  • Experience in the education sector would be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
