Process Associate - HRO Services
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months experience in HRM / Payroll Management.
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Professional HR qualification (e.g., CIPM, PQHRM) will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- A team player with a positive and optimistic attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate and timely HR Operations (HRO) processes across Recruitment & Selection, Separation & Offboarding, and HR Administration.
- Maintain employee personal files with a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with standards.
- Support HR initiatives and ensure smooth execution of daily operational tasks.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and save time.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless and high-quality HR service delivery.
- Uphold company policies and maintain professional HR documentation and records.
