BRANCH MANAGER
Location – Kelaniya / Chilaw
The selected candidate will be responsible for,
- Achieve the given KPIs related to lending and deposit growth, branch profitability and recoveries while ensuring sustainable business performance.
- Ensure all operations of the assigned branch run smoothly and efficiently, according to the company’s code of conduct, processes and procedures.
- Display maturity, overall administrative skills and maintain sound relationships with all business partners and internal/external parties.
- Identify new customer segments and niche markets within the branch’s catchment area and effectively promote the company’s products and services to expand the customer base and generate new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Minimum 5 years of banking/financial experience, including 2 years at Assistant Manager/Manager level handling branch operations.
- Qualification in Banking/Marketing/Credit is an added advantage for the position.
- Sound knowledge of branch operations, customer service, credit evaluation processes, deposit mobilization, Gold Loan operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- IT literacy.
- Should be methodical, result-oriented, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines, while maintaining a high level of integrity.
