DRIVER CUM TOURIST GUIDE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safely transport tourists to scheduled destinations as per the itinerary
- Provide informative and engaging guidance about local attractions, culture, and history
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, perform daily inspections, and report any issues
- Assist guests with luggage, accommodation check-ins, ticketing, and other travel needs
- Maintain travel logs, mileage records, and required documentation
- Coordinate with tour operators, hotels, and other service providers
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid driving licence with a clean driving record
- Previous driving experience (tourism experience is an added advantage)
- Good knowledge of local routes and tourist attractions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to communicate in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Physically fit and able to work flexible hours
