Join our team and grow your career with us! We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Villa Manager with a strong background in Food & Beverage operations to manage a luxury villa property and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
VILLA MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall management of villa operations ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning
- Ensure high standards of guest service and personalized experiences
- Supervise, train, and motivate villa staff
- Coordinate reservations, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally
- Manage budgets, stock control, and operational reports
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Villa Manager or 8+ years as a F&B Manager in a similar hospitality role
- Strong F&B operational experience is mandatory
- Excellent English communication and leadership skills
- Strong guest relations and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours and manage a small team independently
- Computer literacy and basic reporting skills are a requirement
- Immediate placement will be an added advantage.
