QA Automation Engineer
PERMANENT | FULL TIME | COLOMBO, SRI LANKA

Our digital platforms are core to how our customers interact with us - and you’ll help keep these experiences seamless! As a QA Automation Engineer, you’ll join our Global Technology team, focusing on ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our API platform. You’ll design and execute automated API tests, identify and resolve defects, and proactively prevent issues to maintain high-quality integrations and seamless data flow across our digital ecosystem.
With an automation-first mindset, you’ll continually look for smarter, more efficient ways to test while maintaining automated test scripts. You’ll also play a pivotal role in release readiness, providing clear testing insights to support decision-making.
This is a full-time permanent position, where you will work in our office in Colombo, Sri Lanka (hybrid).
Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:
- 2+ years’ experience in test automation within a software development environment
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Playwright or TestNG)
- Proficiency with performance testing tools (JMeter or K6)
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) and test management platforms (Jira)
- Prior knowledge in API would be advantageous
- You’ll also be a confident communicator, comfortable with sharing your perspective and using sound judgement to help drive the best outcomes across time-zones!
