WE'RE HIRING
STOCK AUDIT EXECUTIVE
Elcardo Industries (Pvt) Ltd is a well-established manufacturing company recognized for quality products and trusted customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct scheduled inventory audits at the factory and warehouses.
- Perform physical stock counts of raw materials, finished goods, work-in-progress (WIP), accessories, and spare parts.
- Reconcile physical stock with the inventory management system.
- Verify the accuracy of Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), material issues, transfers, returns, and stock adjustments.
- Monitor inventory transactions to prevent unauthorized stock movements.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Stores Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications in Internal Auditing or Inventory Management will be an advantage.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in inventory auditing, warehouse auditing, or inventory control.
- Willing to travel outside, including Jaffna. (Travel and meal allowance will be provided.)
- Previous audit experience is an added advantage.
