RESERVATION OFFICER
AHANGAMA, GALLE.
Requirements:
- Handle booking inquiries and confirm reservations.
- Maintain up-to-date booking records.
- Coordinate with the front office and housekeeping.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Previous experience in reservations or front office preferred.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and computer literacy.
