The Job:
The Manager – Packing is responsible for overseeing packing operations, ensuring orders are packed accurately, meet customer requirements, and are shipped on time.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily packing operations and team performance.
- Ensure compliance with customer packing and quality standards.
- Coordinate with production and logistics to meet shipment deadlines.
- Monitor packing efficiency and minimize wastage.
- Maintain a safe and organized packing area.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in apparel packing, with supervisory or managerial experience.
- Good knowledge of garment packing processes and customer requirements.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good planning, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
