General Technician
Based at Minuwangoda
Teardrop Hotels is a collection of 9 luxury boutique hotels across Sri Lanka, and a restaurant in the heart of Colombo.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the timely execution of preventive maintenance tasks, promptly attending to complaints and breakdowns, and ensuring the smooth operation of utilities. This role requires meticulous record-keeping, including maintenance history, utility logs, and breakdown reports.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar maintenance role is essential. Candidates with previous experience in a star-class hotel will have an added advantage. Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are key to succeeding in this role.
