CALL CENTER - SALES AGENT
Who We Are Looking For
- Fluent in English (clear, confident spoken and written communication)
- Flexible to work morning or evening shifts; evening shift availability is required
- Proven experience & strong knowledge in telemarketing and sales
- Target-driven, persuasive, and able to close sales effectively
- Good listening skills, positive attitude, and resilient mindset
- Basic computer skills to update customer records
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to promote products/services
- Use telemarketing and sales techniques to convince and convert leads
- Meet and exceed individual & team sales targets
- Follow up on prospects and maintain accurate call logs
- Work as part of the sales team to achieve company goals
