Senior Architectural Draughtsman
Third Eye Architects is a well-established architectural design and consultancy firm based in Kurunegala. We are currently seeking a skilled, experienced, dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our growing Design Team as a Senior Architectural Draughtsman.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of Architectural Concept Design Drawings and Schematic / Presentation
- Drawings under the strict guidance of senior architects
- Preparation of all kinds of Architectural Working Drawings for different types of building Projects (mainly residential)
- Coordination with consultants and project teams
- Assisting in 3D modeling and project presentations
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar capacity
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD
- Good knowledge of SketchUp
- Experience in Lumion rendering and visualization
- Sound understanding of architectural detailing and construction drawings
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in local authority submission drawings will be an added advantage
