Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in the hot kitchen as per menus and specifications.
- Ensure taste, quality, consistency, and presentation of all dishes.
- Follow recipes and maintain standard portion control.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the hot kitchen area.
- Ensure efficient use of ingredients and minimize waste.
- Follow food safety standards and company policies at all times.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum G.C.E. Ordinary Level (or equivalent).
- Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts / Hotel Management (Preferred).
- 1 – 3 years of experience as a chef or cook in a commercial kitchen.
- Good knowledge of local and international cuisines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethics.
