Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in the hot kitchen as per menus and specifications.
  • Ensure taste, quality, consistency, and presentation of all dishes.
  • Follow recipes and maintain standard portion control.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the hot kitchen area.
  • Ensure efficient use of ingredients and minimize waste.
  • Follow food safety standards and company policies at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum G.C.E. Ordinary Level (or equivalent).
  • Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts / Hotel Management (Preferred).
  • 1 – 3 years of experience as a chef or cook in a commercial kitchen.
  • Good knowledge of local and international cuisines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethics.
