Process Associate – Supply Chain Management
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Master Data operations
- Completed or following a Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management
- Knowledge in Supply Chain Management and Master Data processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Exposure to SAP systems is Preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Fluent in English & Sinhala
- Flexibility to work during month-end periods and extended hours if required
Responsibilities
- Review master data creation requirements and identify relevant parameters
- Create and amend master data in SAP systems
- Validate data inputs for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on:
- Vendor registration
- Contract creation
- Data governance and master data policies and procedures
- Ensure adherence to master data governance policies and procedures
- Ensure all assigned KPIs are achieved within defined timelines
