POST OF

EXECUTIVE (COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – Commercial Operations to support our Service operations and ensure seamless coordination between customers, suppliers, and internal teams. This role offers strong exposure to operational processes within a structured, globally aligned environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage all spare parts shipments for Service and Installation departments.
  • Prepare and track weekly reports on pending spare parts orders and participate in coordination meetings with regional counterparts.
  • Conduct regular Customer Satisfaction Surveys and maintain accurate feedback records.
  • Manage incoming customer calls and direct inquiries to relevant departments efficiently.
  • Prepare accurate and timely customer quotations, Proforma Invoices, and final invoices.
  • Raise and process Material Requisition Notes (MRNs).
  • Maintain and update service department documentation and operational records.
  • Register, monitor, and close customer breakdown calls while maintaining complaint logs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in customer service processes and internal workflows.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Exposure to international business operations will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent coordination and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
