Candidate Profile:

- Genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring service quality n
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar capacity within a star-class hotel n
- Positive "can-do" attitude with flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills n
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels n
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment n
- Well-groomed, professional in appearance, and committed to upholding the hotel's standards and values n
