Meeru Maldives Resort Island is seeking dynamic and highly motivated individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to join our team as a Room Attendant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and service guest rooms in accordance with current hotel standards, including sanitizing bathrooms, dusting furniture and surfaces, making beds, defrosting mini-bar refrigerators, and sweeping or cleaning floors.
- Replenish guest amenities, linens, and room supplies to ensure rooms are fully stocked and presentation standards are maintained.
- Promptly identify and report any maintenance issues or repairs required in guest rooms to the appropriate department.
Expectations:
- High school diploma or equivalent, or a combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for the role.
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment of at least one year is preferred.
- Good verbal communication skills in English.
- Customer-focused, self-motivated, and able to work independently while maintaining high service standards.
