FRONT OFFICE
ENTERTAINMENT MANAGER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, organize and oversee daily entertainment, recreation and guest activity programmes for all guest segments.
- Lead, coach and motivate the entertainment team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Design and execute themed events, shows, seasonal celebrations and special resort activities.
- Monitor guest feedback and continuously enhance entertainment programmes to exceed guest expectations.
- Manage departmental schedules, budgets, equipment and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Hospitality Management, Recreation, Events Management or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing resort entertainment, recreation or guest activity programs.
- Strong event planning, public speaking and guest engagement skills.
- Excellent English communication skills with the flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
