Auto Bodyshop- Supervisor
We are a leading company specializing in auto body painting, tinkering/denting, accident repairs, body parts, and complete body shop services. We are currently seeking dynamic and experienced individuals to join our team for Bodyshop Supervisor.
Experience and qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in body shop operations
- Knowledge of collision repair, painting, and insurance claims
- Familiarity with body shop equipment and color mixing (advantage)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Age between 30 – 45
Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily workshop operations
- Monitor technician productivity
- Ensure company procedures are followed
- Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality
- Own performance across the area and maintain strong customer relationships achieving sales targets.
- Able to work under pressure & make correct & quick decisions.
- Attractive salary package will be offered depending on qualifications & experience.
- Working Hours Monday to Saturday 8.00 AM - 5.00 PM
- Leave Days: Sunday & Poya day
