JOB TITLE

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and execute the Resort's Marketing, Communications and Branding strategy.
  • Manage all digital platforms, including website, Resort app and social media channels.
  • Oversee PR, media relations, influencer partnerships and brand collaborations.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement and revenue.
  • Manage content creation, graphic design and brand consistency across all channels.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in luxury hospitality marketing.
  • Strong background in digital marketing, branding & PR.
  • Experience in media handling & campaign management.
  • Excellent communication & leadership skills.
  • Business development & revenue-driven mindset.
