MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT (ANURADHAPURA)
We are looking for a Young, energetic, dynamic self-starter for the post of Management Accountant. The ideal candidate should have over 3 years’ experience in management accounting in a manufacturing environment, running an ERP system. He should be a member of Recognized Accounting Body or equivalent. Passed finalists may also be considered, depending on their work experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparation of Management Accounts.
- Lead the Accounts Team
- Ownership for the Budgeting process.
- Assist the Factory Manager in monitoring and reporting of factory efficiencies.
- Drive cost saving initiatives across the organisation.
- Lead KPI discussions and highlight significant variances for discussion and corrective action.
ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT (ANURADHAPURA)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with day to day accounting tasks.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Coordinate with internal departments.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Past qualification in AAT, CIMA, ACCA, CA or a related accounting certification.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
