Vacancy 1: Operations Analyst

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our team at SA Carz Holdings - Nugegoda. This role bridges logistics, basic finance, and daily administration, making it ideal for a proactive professional who excels at organizing data and managing essential business documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Import Documentation: Prepare and manage import-related documents, including Commercial Invoices, Bills of Lading, and other clearing requirements.
  • Financial Tracking: Prepare and update regular cash flow statements, tracking both inflows and outflows.
  • Banking Coordination: Communicate and negotiate with banks regarding import documentation, trade financing, and general finance matters.
  • Reporting: Prepare comprehensive economic, financial, and management reports for review.
  • Administration: Handle day-to-day office administrative documentation and maintaining organized filing systems.

Skills & Qualifications Needed:

  • Education: A Diploma-level qualification is required; an undergraduate Degree is an added advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (must know how to use Pivot Tables, graphs, and summarize data) and ability to create PowerPoint presentations.
  • Finance Knowledge: A solid basic understanding of fundamental accounting principles.
  • Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills with a sound command of English.
  • Work Ethic: Highly reliable, with the ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions when required.
