Island Host (Guest Services)
Location: Lhaviyani Atoll, Maldives
Crown & Champa Resorts is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and service-oriented Island Host to join our Front Office team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide exceptional guest experiences by delivering personalized and professional service throughout the guest journey.
Qualification and experience
- Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in a Front Office, Guest Services, or customer service role in a hotel or resort environment will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a positive and professional attitude.
- Basic knowledge of Front Office operations and guest service standards is preferred.
- Ability to handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints professionally and with confidence.
Task and responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a warm, friendly, and professional first impression.
- Assist guests with check-in, check-out, room orientation, and general resort information.
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Recreation, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain accurate guest records and update information in the Property Management System.
- Promote resort facilities, activities, and services to enhance the guest experience.
- Follow Front Office policies, procedures, and service standards while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
