What you need to do

  • Identify and engage potential FMCG suppliers and third-party vendors to build a robust sales pipeline for the Insights and Reach verticals.
  • Conduct ongoing research to identify new supplier categories and untapped market opportunities to expand the partner ecosystem.
  • Lead negotiations on contract terms and value-based pricing to ensure profitability while maintaining a competitive market edge.
  • Transform one-time advertisers and ad-hoc data users into long-term, recurring strategic partners to ensure consistent revenue.
  • Drive market adoption of the Digital Insights Portal by migrating partners from manual reports to automated subscriptions.
  • Develop new sales initiatives and propose new product developments to enhance the existing portfolio for both insights and reach.

What you need

  • A degree level qualification in business administration, management, or marketing. Professional qualifications in Marketing such as CIM, SLIM or a related field will also be considered.
  • Entry-level candidates or those with up to one year of experience in business development, or key account management, preferably in retail or FMCG.
  • Professional pitching and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to conduct market research and identify growth opportunities.
  • Strong data literacy and the ability to communicate the value of digital platforms to partners.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • A proactive and ambitious mindset, with a results-oriented approach and the ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
