HR & Payroll Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR & Payroll Executive to manage HR operations and payroll processing efficiently. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, confidentiality, and the ability to handle employee-related matters professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
  • Maintain attendance, leave, overtime, and employee records
  • Handle EPF, ETF, and statutory compliance requirements
  • Prepare HR and payroll reports
  • Support employee engagement and welfare activities
  • Coordinate training, disciplinary actions, and HR operations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in HR & Payroll
  • Knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws and payroll processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR/Payroll systems
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail
