ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruitment activities and attract top talent across the organization. You will partner with stakeholders, build strong talent pipelines and contribute to our growth through strategic hiring initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and collaborate with local and international stakeholders.
- Proven ability to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals and business requirements.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment tools, job portals, and social media sourcing techniques.
- Experience working with and managing relationships with external recruitment agencies and recruitment partners.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to maintain accurate recruitment data, metrics, and dashboards to track hiring progress and support decision-making.
- Ability to work in line with the UAE holiday calendar and UAE working hours.
