VACANCIES IN AN ARCHITECT / INTERIOR DESIGNER OFFICE
Head Office in Dubai, UAE - Electrical Design Engineers with expertise in Building Services and MEP Consultancy Projects in the UAE.
Required Skills - Electrical Design Engineers
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection teams.
- Expertise in Revit & BIM, including integration with tools for remote collaboration.
- Strong knowledge of updated Dubai Authority regulations (UAE electrical regulations, IEC standards, NFPA standards, energy efficiency requirements).
- 3–8 years of experience in electrical design for building services / MEP projects.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Proficient in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Dialux/Dialux Evo, ETAP or equivalent software & Microsoft Office.

with specializing in HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems for building services projects in the UAE.
Required Skills - Mechanical Design Engineers
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection teams.
- Expertise in Revit & BIM, including integration with tools for remote collaboration.
- Prepare mechanical design drawings and calculations for HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems.
- Develop concept, schematic, detailed, and authority submission designs.
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, and design documentation.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and contractor proposals.
- Minimum 4–10 years of experience in MEP / building services consultancy.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Proficient in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, HAP / Elite / equivalent HVAC software, Pipe sizing and hydraulic calculation software & Microsoft Office.
Branch Office in Sri Lanka – Architect’s & Interior Designers
with expertise in BIM (Building Information Modelling).
Required Skills - Sri Lanka Office
- Proficiency in Concept Design, Schematic Design, Detail Design, and Construction Documents.
- Production of drawings at all stages; lead and supervise team members during design presentations.
- Expertise in Revit & BIM, including integration with tools for remote collaboration.
- Strong knowledge of updated Dubai Municipality regulations (e.g., Dubai Municipality, etc.).
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members (both in Sri Lanka and Dubai).
- Liaise with Dubai local authorities remotely and attend necessary site meetings.
- Travel to Dubai sites as needed to complete physical inspections and site surveys.
- 10 years of experience in architectural design of buildings and towers (concrete and steel).
- Valid accreditation or certification recognized by Dubai Municipality ("Unlimited" grade or equivalent).
- Proficient in Revit, BIM360, and related software’s; knowledge of ETABS, SAFE, PROKON, or STAAD PRO.
