WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ASSISTANT MANAGER / MANAGER FOR ENGINEERING & MAINTENANCE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing daily manufacturing and technical operations to ensure smooth production processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives including Kaizen, 5S, and process optimization projects.
- Drive the automation projects & upgrade the machines with latest technology.
- Assist in troubleshooting production-related technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure adherence to workplace health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Supervise and guide technical and operational staff when required.
- Manage production team to achieve operational excellence.
- Plan & coordinate daily production activities to meet targets in Engineering, quality, cost & delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Improve production efficiency through process improvements, lean initiatives & best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality, Maintenance, Supply chain & safety.
- Monitor KPI's & prepare regular operational performance reports.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Graduated in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Ability to drive continuous process and product improvement initiatives.
- Proven experience in Assistant Manager / Manager operation management roles in the core manufacturing industry.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving & communication skills.
- Knowledge and experience in hydraulic-based machine maintenance.
- Experience with SAP, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production systems.
