Requirements
- Minimum 02 years' experience in a similar role within a five-star resort environment
- Excellent English communications skills - both written & verbal
- Ability work under pressure, keep calm and positive in dealing difficult situations
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office, Opera and computer
- Able to work with multi-nations
- Easily approachable with an outgoing and pleasant personality
- Positive with a can do attitude and team player
