Bar Supervisor - Food & Beverage

Crown & Champa Resorts is seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Supervisor to oversee daily bar operations and deliver experiential guest experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong beverage knowledge, leadership skills, and operational expertise, with the ability to lead the bar team, maintain service excellence, ensure quality standards, and contribute to achieving departmental goals and guest satisfaction.

Location: Lhaviyani Atoll, Maldives

Task and responsibilities

  • Oversee daily bar operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead, train, and support the bar team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
  • Ensure beverages are prepared and served according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and place orders when needed.
  • Maintain food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards at all times.
  • Respond to guest feedback and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Support the creation of beverage menus, promotions, and seasonal offerings.
  • Monitor bar costs and expenses to help achieve departmental financial goals.

Qualifications & experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience as a Bar Supervisor or Senior Bartender in a luxury resort or hotel, preferably in the Maldives.
  • Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails, wines, spirits, and bar operations.
  • Experience in stock control, costing, inventory management, and menu development.
  • Strong leadership, training, communication, and guest service skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, HACCP standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
