ACCOUNT ASSISTANT

Job Role:

  • Handling payments and petty cash.
  • Preparation of daily payment vouchers.
  • Preparation of Invoices and Receipts.
  • Data Entering to the CRM system.
  • Bank Reconciliation.
  • Assist in preparation of monthly quarterly, annual accounts, and management reports.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • G.C.E Advanced Level in commerce stream.
  • Excellent writing and oral communication skills in English.
  • Fair knowledge of MS office and Email.
  • Able to work independently with ability to handle multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate & work effectively with the team.
  • Age below 25 years.
