STORE KEEPER

Requirements

  • Diploma in Stores Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or an equivalent professional qualification.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Store Keeper or Warehouse Assistant.
  • Sound knowledge of inventory control, GRN, MRN, stock issuing, stock receiving, and warehouse documentation.
  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good attention to detail, record-keeping, and teamwork skills.
  • Experience in the FMCG manufacturing industry will be a distinct advantage

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and issue goods accurately.
  • Maintain stock records and inventory reports.
  • Conduct periodic stock counts.
  • Ensure proper storage and housekeeping of the warehouse.
  • Coordinate with other departments for stock requirements.
  • Supervise daily store operations and ensure compliance with company procedures.
