SALES FIELD AUDIT MANAGER

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent professional qualification.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales Accounts, Internal Audit, External Audit, Sales Operations, or Compliance, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of field audits, distributor audits, stock verification, route compliance, and internal control procedures.
  • Excellent analytical, investigative, and report-writing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and Sales Force Automation (SFA) systems.
  • Ability to travel extensively for field audits and investigations.
  • Experience in the FMCG industry will be a distinct advantage.
  • Ability to work in the field across the island.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales audits and inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Identify risks and operational issues.
  • Investigate irregularities and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare audit reports and monitor follow-ups.
