SALES FIELD AUDIT MANAGER
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales Accounts, Internal Audit, External Audit, Sales Operations, or Compliance, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of field audits, distributor audits, stock verification, route compliance, and internal control procedures.
- Excellent analytical, investigative, and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and Sales Force Automation (SFA) systems.
- Ability to travel extensively for field audits and investigations.
- Experience in the FMCG industry will be a distinct advantage.
- Ability to work in the field across the island.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales audits and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
- Identify risks and operational issues.
- Investigate irregularities and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare audit reports and monitor follow-ups.
