FINANCE & OPERATION EXECUTIVE

GKUC Constructions (Pvt) Ltd is a fast growing road and construction company based in Galigamuwa (Kegalle), delivering quality and reliable road construction solutions. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead and execute all departments and operations as the hub of our organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and execute all departments and operations.
  • Manage administration, HR, finance, procurement, projects, site operations, QA/QC, stores and logistics.
  • Plan, monitor and control all operations for efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, reporting and cost control.
  • Ensure timely execution of projects and achievement of targets.
  • Develop policies, systems and procedures.
  • Prepare management reports and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety and quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Partially qualified in CA, AATSL or equivalent (Finalist/Completed Level II or above).
  • 2 – 3 years’ executive experience.
  • Experience in construction / road construction industry is an advantage.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to execute all departments as an operations executive.
  • Good understanding of financial management, costing and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, decision making and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Middle age 30 – 40 years.
  • Accommodation will be provided.
