INVENTORY CONTROLLER
LOCATION: TIMOR-LESTE
ABOUT THE BUSINESS

The Company has also diversified into Consumer Credit services, offering customers easy and affordable credit options.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP/inventory management system.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure adequate inventory is available to meet operational requirements.
- Conduct cycle count on a daily basis and quarterly stock count of the branch and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, damaged, and expired inventory and recommend appropriate actions.
- Coordinate with the Purchasing Department on replenishment requirements and stock forecasts.
- Ensure timely processing of goods receipts, stock transfers, returns, and adjustments.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and maintain inventory KPIs.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and handling of inventory.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.
QUALIFICATION:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, or similar inventory management software.
- Prior experience in the hardware or construction materials industry is a plus.
