ASSISTANT ENGINEER – ASSEMBLY PLANT (AMBATALE)
We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to join our Assembly Plant team as an Assistant Engineer. The selected candidate will support assembly operations and contribute to improving production efficiency, quality, and overall plant performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support daily operations of the vehicle assembly plant to ensure smooth production flow
- Monitor assembly processes to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to vehicle assembly operations
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to improve efficiency
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices
- Maintain proper documentation and operational reports
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- NDT qualification or Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Automobile specialization will be an added advantage)
- Diploma or Degree in Management will be considered an added qualification
- Years of experience in a vehicle assembly plant or automobile manufacturing environment would be an added value advantage
- Strong knowledge of vehicle assembly operations and production systems
