We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven MARKETING EXECUTIVE to generate sales for our training programs and consulting assignments.

MARKETING EXECUTIVE
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to generate sales for our training programs and consulting assignments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate leads and convert them into registrations for training programs and consulting assignments
- Promote our programs through calls, emails, LinkedIn and other channels
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and decision makers
- Organize and coordinate training programs including booking venues, logistics, materials, and participant communication
- Support with marketing campaigns and content
- Provide regular feedback and reports on leads and conversions
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Very outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Fluent in both English and Sinhala
- Self-motivated, target-driven and confident
- Experience in sales/marketing is an advantage (training/consulting industry preferred)
- Good organizational and administrative skills
- Comfortable working independently from home
- Willing to attend training programs (approx. once a month)
COMPENSATION
- Monthly Fixed Allowance: Rs 15,000/-
- Atractive Incentives: Rs 50,000 – Rs 100,000 per program based on registrations
