PRODUCTION ASSISTANT
As the only firebrick manufacturer in Sri Lanka, Lanka Refractories Ltd., take pride in delivering superior solutions and services for furnaces, boilers, and other high-temperature industrial applications. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Production Assistant.
Requirements
- A qualification obtained from a recognized technical institute or other accredited academic institution
- Age between 25 and 40 years
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in close proximity to Padukka, Hanwella, Godagama, or surrounding areas
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day factory operations efficiently
- Supervise and coordinate jobs undertaken by the company
- Oversee site operations and ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor production processes and engage lab testing to maintain quality and productivity
- Coordinate with management and technical teams to meet project deadlines
The selected individual will be provided with training by the company
