Quantity Surveyor — Infrastructure Projects (Head Office)

We are seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to join our Head Office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to contribute to high-impact infrastructure projects and help ensure their successful delivery.

Key Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying from a reputed university
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of total work experience in infrastructure projects
  • Tendering: At least 2 years hands-on experience in tendering — a must
  • Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD — added advantage

Duties & Responsibilities

  • 01 Preparing tender documents per bid specifications & project requirements
  • 02 Coordinating with JV partners, Rank Group & Head Office for tender submissions with stipulated timelines
  • 03 Preparing disbursement documents for each IPC of all ongoing projects
  • 04 Monitoring AIPC & IPC payments and following up until receipt of funds
  • 05 Maintaining proper records of contracts, payments, insurance policies & guarantees
  • 06 Reviewing contract documents, technical specifications & drawings for compliance
  • 07 Drafting, reviewing & submitting contractual correspondences for commercial matters
  • 08 Preparing subcontractor rate analyses & commercial evaluations for ongoing projects
  • 09 Preparing & administering subcontract agreements per contractual requirements
  • 10 Verifying & processing subcontractor payment certificates & related documents
  • 11 Preparing contractual claims & supporting documentation per contract conditions
  • 12 Coordinating with project teams, consultants, clients & subcontractors on contractual matters
