Maintenance Engineer
Rayin Food Products (Pvt) Ltd. is a leading food manufacturer in Sri Lanka having its production facility and the head office in Kurunegala. The company operates 03 production plants producing vast range of food products. The company supplies to a larger number of customers including leading supermarket chains in the country. Its distribution arm covers many regions in the country.
We are on the lookout for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our growing team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- 01. Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities for all production machinery and utility equipment.
- 02. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment to minimize production downtime.
- 03. Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment history, and spare parts inventory.
- 04. Ensure all maintenance work complies with occupational health and safety regulations.
- 05. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
- 06. Lead and supervise maintenance technicians and contractors during maintenance activities.
- 07. Support production teams in achieving production targets by minimizing equipment breakdowns.
WHAT WE EXPECT:
- 01. BSc Engineering in Electrical / Mechanical or equivalent qualification in recognized institute (NDES/HNDE/NDT).
- 02. Professional certifications in maintenance or reliability engineering are an added advantage.
- 03. Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in an industrial factory.
- 04. Age below 35.
